For credit card payments, a 3.3% transaction fee will be added to the total. If you select this option, you will receive and invoice via e-mail.

Payment is due by October 31st, 2024.

Downloadable Contract

The snow shoveling season runs from November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, for snow events over 5cm as recorded by Environment Canada. The snowfall limit for the season is 250cm as recorded by Environment Canada. Coverage beyond these limits will cost a one-time fee of $50.

Shoveling will commence once all the snow has stopped falling. It will take SEVERAL hours from that point to clear your walkway. Thank you for your patience. For snow events less than 5cm, we do not go out. However, if 2cm falls each day for three days and accumulates, we will go out on the third day.

We will clear any snow accumulations over 5cm on all holidays and we ask for your patience over the holidays as some of our employees may be away.

Walkways will not be shoveled at the same time as the driveway is cleared. Walkways are serviced only one visit per storm, and it may take up to 12-24 hours as shoveling is very labor-intensive and time-consuming. We DO NOT offer salting, and we DO NOT clear ice. It is the responsibility of the homeowner / property owner or property manager to salt their walkways to avoid ice accumulation. You acknowledge and agree that Dan’s Dump Run and Jonathan Nelles are not at fault nor liable for any loss or injuries caused by slips and falls.

All accounts must be paid for in full and a signed contract must be returned before walkway clearing commences. Multiple payments are welcome but must be in the form of post-dated cheques. This proposal can be canceled at any time with written notice. There is a $50 cancellation fee plus a monthly service rate. A service charge of $30 will be billed for any returned cheque. These terms and conditions may change at any time.
